How long does it take for an application to be reviewed? |
| Answer: |
This depends on the invitation to tender, since the number of applications per call and the schedule of Examination Comittee meetings varies from tender to tender. In practice the first results can be expected within one month after submitting the application (the formal acceptance of the application), and the second within three months (notice of the decision for funding). |

Can one apply for an amount less then the determined minimum amount of funding? |
| Answer: |
It is not possible to fund projects with than the minimum amount determined in the invitation to tender. |

Can a newly formed company submit a tender application? |
| Answer: |
Yes, however this will constitute a high risk factor in the financial assessment. Of course the tender of a newly formed economic corporation can also be reviewed favorably, if it seeks to realize a high quality and professionally prepared project. |

When can I start to work on the project? |
| Answer: |
The submitter can start working on the project under his/her own risk after the tender application has been submitted. Starting the project does not bind the Controlling Authority (CA) in any way. It does not mean that a favorable decision will be made. If the CA considers the project worthwhile of support, then the expenses associated with the project can be accounted for in the report period, determined in the contract (see: Application guide). In the opposite case (in case of denial) the expenses cannot be accounted for. |

Can companies that were not continuously profitable in the past 3 years apply? |
| Answer: |
Most of the tenders state, that those companies, who show a negative capital according to their own approved records, for the past year cannot apply. However non-profitable operation in itself does not exclude anyone from applying. |
